AI Project Leader

We are looking for an AI Project Leader to identify, lead, and implement AI projects that drive business efficiency, while ensuring every corporate initiative is built on solid, precise, and trusted data.

What is your mission?

This is not a highly technical coding role. Instead, you will focus on AI strategy, project management, stakeholder engagement, and data quality. You will act as the crucial bridge between our business departments and technical teams, safeguarding the quality and reliability of our corporate databases to ensure all AI and reporting initiatives are built on accurate information.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI Project Leadership \& Delivery: Lead the full lifecycle of AI and data projects from initial idea to rollout. Coordinate internal teams and external partners (vendors, consultants) to deliver solutions on time and within budget.


• Opportunity Definition \& Business Case: Partner with all departments to identify where AI can add real value. Translate business needs into clear, prioritized use cases and evaluate their feasibility and ROI.


• Data Quality \& Reliability: Guarantee the integrity of the database systems. Define and enforce standards (accuracy, completeness, and consistency) and establish validation, cleansing, and governance routines.


• Stakeholder Engagement \& Change Management: Act as the translator between business and technical teams. Communicate the value of initiatives in non\-tech terms and drive adoption through training and support.


• Compliance \& Continuous Improvement: Ensure projects respect ethical guidelines and regulations (GDPR, etc.), define KPIs to measure business impact, and stay ahead of AI and data management trends.

What are we looking for?

• Strategic Understanding of AI: You don't need to write code, but you must understand AI capabilities and how they can be practically applied to drive business impact.


• Data Integrity Mindset: A strong focus on data governance, validation, and continuous database improvement.


• Solid Project Management: Experience leading cross\-functional projects, tracking deliverables, and coordinating external technical partners.


• Excellent Communication: Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and translate complex concepts into clear business language.


• Languages: Professional fluency in English is required. Spanish is a strong plus.
