Accountabilities

• Listen to and accurately transcribe audio or video files of varying lengths while following specific project guidelines and quality requirements.


• Perform data classification and labeling according to defined criteria and project instructions.


• Complete voice-recording activities using your native spoken language in accordance with the requirements of each assigned project.


• Review and maintain the quality of transcription, annotation, and data-collection tasks to ensure accuracy and consistency.


• Apply appropriate grammar, punctuation, spelling, and language conventions when completing transcription and related language tasks.


• Follow all project instructions, quality standards, productivity expectations, and submission requirements carefully.


• Organize assigned work effectively and complete tasks within the required timeframes while maintaining a strong balance between speed and accuracy.


• Contribute reliable language and voice data that can support the training and improvement of AI-powered technologies.

Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in the assigned language, with strong spoken and written communication skills.


• Must be based in Switzerland, with the ability to participate in remote projects.


• Strong grammar, punctuation, spelling, and general language skills.


• Ability to listen carefully and transcribe spoken content accurately from audio or video recordings of different lengths.


• Ability to perform data classification, annotation, and labeling according to clearly defined criteria.


• Comfortable completing voice-recording tasks using your native spoken language.


• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and consistent quality.


• Well organized, reliable, and capable of following detailed instructions and project requirements closely.


• Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks within established productivity and quality expectations.
