AI Product Manager
To accelerate our AI journey, we are looking for an AI Product Manager to join our GenAI Cluster.
As an AI Product Manager, you connect business opportunities with AI capabilities. Working at the intersection of business and data, you help translate insights into solutions that deliver real business value.
You do not build AI models yourself. Instead, you guide the development of AI solutions by coordinating multidisciplinary teams of data and AI experts. You set priorities, align stakeholders, and help the organization navigate a rapidly evolving technology landscape. By bringing structure to complexity and ambiguity, you turn promising ideas into tangible outcomes.
Your mission as an AI Product Manager
You shape and prioritize a portfolio of high\-value AI use cases, balancing business value, feasibility, risk, and strategic relevance. You help stakeholders make informed trade\-offs and ensure AI investments translate into adoption and measurable business outcomes.
This is a senior individual contributor role. You lead through expertise, collaboration, and influence rather than formal authority, bringing together business stakeholders and technical experts around a shared vision and roadmap.
What you will do:
- Structure ambiguity. Take ambiguous business challenges and translate them into clear AI initiatives, plans, decisions and a prioritized backlog of use cases for AI initiatives and products in your scope.
- Bridge insight and action. Translate analytics and GenAI output into clear, decision\-oriented business recommendations and help stakeholders understand impact and opportunities so that ideas are turned into plans, ownership and visible progress.
- Drive value casing. Build business and value cases; keep the focus on impact, prioritization, trade\-offs, feasibility, risks, dependencies and expected return.
- Align stakeholders. Lead stakeholder alignment, workshops and steering input; influence decision makers up to senior level and keep everyone engaged behind the chosen direction.
- Keep the helicopter view. Maintain a strategic overview across delivery, dependencies, adoption and value realization, distinguishing the main points from the details.
- Champion responsible AI. Work within data \& AI governance guardrails and promote ways of working that let AI scale responsibly across the company.
- Tell the story. Make complex topics understandable through clear messages, recommendations and visuals tailored to each audience.
- You bring structure to complex or ambiguous topics through strong strategic and framework\-based thinking, translating them into a clear direction and actionable approach.
- You have a solid affinity with data and AI, enabling you to understand key concepts in data, analytics, machine learning, and Generative AI, and to ask the right questions while constructively challenging proposed solutions.
- You excel in stakeholder management and influencing, aligning expectations, connecting the right people, and effectively driving decision\-making, including at senior levels.
- You communicate clearly and impactfully through strong storytelling, adapting your message to different audiences across written, visual, and in\-person formats.
- You think in terms of business value and business cases, consistently focusing on impact, value creation, prioritization, and making the right trade\-offs.
- You demonstrate strong orchestration and project management skills, turning ideas into concrete plans, clear ownership, and measurable progress.
- You combine relevant experience (in strategy, consulting, product management, or data/AI roles) with high learning agility, resilience in fast\-moving environments, a servant leadership mindset, master\-level thinking ability, and fluency in English (with Dutch/French as a strong plus).

We also prefer working closely together. We believe strong teams form by frequent interactions and quick transitions. To facilitate a smooth onboarding and rapid integration for new employees, we expect you to be present in the office at least three days a week during the first six months. On other days, you can work remotely from home. After your first six months, the number of required office days goes down to two.
