What will you do?
This position is available immediately for an initial period of minimum 2 months and up to 12 months.
Being part of the team, you will:
- Support the development and implementation of GPT\-based solutions for various departments (Payroll, Operations, etc.)
- Assist teams in identifying repetitive tasks and processes that can be improved using AI
- Create, test, and optimize prompts for ChatGPT and other generative AI tools
- Help design internal AI assistants, workflows, and knowledge solutions
- Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and innovation trends
- Collaborate with department stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into AI use cases
- Monitor AI tool performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement
- Support responsible and secure use of AI technologies within the organization
- Bachelor’s or Master’s student/recent graduate in: Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, Business \& Technology, Digital Innovation or related fields
- Strong interest in Generative AI and emerging technologies
- Familiarity with ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude, or similar AI tools
- Basic understanding of AI concepts, prompt engineering, and automation workflows
- Analytical mindset with strong problem\-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
- Fluency in English; French or German is considered an asset
