AI & Data Business Operations Support Analyst

Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail\-oriented AI Business Operations Analyst to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a foundational understanding of business operations/ administration to further develop their experience across a broad range of operational, administrative, and support functions within a growing AI\-focused practice.

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of the practice, working cross\-functionally with teams such as Finance, HR, Recruitment, Compliance, Legal, and Internal IT. You will be expected to take ownership of key processes, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and support the delivery of efficient, scalable operational practices.
Responsibilities:

• Assist in the day\-to\-day coordination of practice operations and administrative tasks.


• Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, and databases to support reporting and decision\-making.


• Support the preparation of documents, presentations, reports and internal communications.


• Provide general practice support including scheduling and responding to internal queries.


• Collaborate with different teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.


• Contribute to project work, data analysis, and business improvement initiatives.


• Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection and company policies.

• Experience in an administrative, data processing, or analyst role, preferably within a professional services or technology environment


• Strong organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail


• Proactive, self\-motivated, and able to take initiative in a fast\-paced environment


• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a range of stakeholders


• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools, processes, and ways of working

• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively as part of a cross\-functional team
