Deine Mission: In unseren Creative Studios verbinden wir kreative Exzellenz mit den Möglichkeiten generativer AI. Seit über 2,5 Jahren integrieren wir AI erfolgreich in unsere kreativen Prozesse und entwickeln damit Kampagnen sowie Content für unsere digitalen und stationären Touchpoints. Als AI Content Manager verbindest Du ein starkes Gespür für Ästhetik, Fashion, Fotografie und Film mit echter Begeisterung für Generative AI.

AI\-Konzeption \& Kampagnengestaltung: Gemeinsam mit unserer Art Direction entwickelst und realisierst Du AI\-basierte Motive für Online und POS. Du nutzt AI, um bestehende Kampagnen um zusätzliche Motive, Formate sowie Anwendungen zu erweitern und erstellst zielgruppenspezifische Assets, insbesondere für CRM und Newsletter Marketing.

AI Video \& Post\-Production: Du entwickelst Bewegtbild\-Content auf Basis real produzierter oder AI\-generierter Motive für unsere Kampagnen und digitalen POS\-Flächen. Zudem optimierst Du AI\-generierte Assets, unterstützt bei Retusche sowie Compositing und testest kontinuierlich neue AI\-Tools und Workflows.

WAS DU MITBRINGST

Dein Hintergrund: Du kommst beispielsweise aus den Bereichen Kommunikationsdesign, Grafikdesign, Fotografie, Film, Art Direction oder einem vergleichbaren kreativen Umfeld. Du möchtest Deine klassischen Creative Skills gezielt mit den Möglichkeiten von Generative AI verbinden. Wichtiger als langjährige Erfahrung sind uns Dein visuelles Talent und Dein hoher Qualitätsanspruch.

Dein Profil: Du bringst ein sehr gutes Gespür für Ästhetik, Fashion und visuelle Kommunikation sowie ein tiefes Verständnis für Fotografie, Film, Licht und Bildkomposition mit. Du verfügst über praktische Erfahrungen mit generativen AI\-Tools für Bild und Video (z. B. Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI, Runway) und bist sicher im Umgang mit Adobe Photoshop. Kenntnisse in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Retusche und Compositing sind ein klares Plus.
