<p><strong>The Role</strong></p>
<p>Join Capco’s Wealth &amp; Asset Management practice as an AI Business Consulting Lead, helping leading wealth managers, private banks, asset managers, and investment platforms unlock measurable value from AI-enabled transformation. This role combines strategic advisory, transformation delivery, stakeholder leadership, and AI commercialisation, helping clients leverage technologies such as GPT, Copilot, and broader AI/ML capabilities to drive business value through practical, responsible, and scalable adoption.</p>
<p>Operating at Principal Consultant level, you will lead complex client engagements, oversee multidisciplinary delivery teams, and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across business, operations, technology, risk, and compliance functions. You will play a key role in identifying AI-enabled opportunities, shaping transformation roadmaps, supporting responsible AI adoption, and driving enterprise-wide change across Wealth &amp; Asset Management organisations while ensuring solutions remain practical, human-led, and aligned to business objectives.</p>
<p>This role is suited to individuals who combine deep Wealth &amp; Asset Management expertise with strong consulting capability and practical experience delivering AI-enabled business transformation within highly regulated environments.</p>
<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>
<ul>

<p>Lead AI-enabled transformation programmes across Wealth &amp; Asset Management organisations, identifying opportunities to improve advisor productivity, client experience, operational efficiency, and investment processes using approved AI tools and practical automation where they add value.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, facilitating executive discussions, shaping AI adoption strategies, and translating business challenges into scalable AI use cases and transformation roadmaps.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Oversee delivery activities across complex transformation programmes, leading multidisciplinary teams and supporting governance, stakeholder management, delivery planning, and change execution.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Partner with technology, product, engineering, risk, and compliance teams to support the development, testing, governance, and deployment of AI-enabled solutions with appropriate controls, auditability, and human oversight.</p>
</li>

<p>Contribute to the growth of Capco’s Wealth &amp; Asset Management AI proposition through thought leadership, client development, team mentoring, capability building, and the sharing of practical AI use cases and responsible adoption approaches.</p>

<p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Significant consulting, transformation, or AI-enabled change experience within Wealth &amp; Asset Management, Private Banking, Asset Management, or Investment Platform environments.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Strong understanding of AI technologies including GPT, Copilot, generative AI, NLP, foundation models, and enterprise AI adoption considerations within regulated financial services organisations.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Proven experience leading complex programmes, consulting engagements, or transformation initiatives with strong knowledge of governance frameworks, stakeholder management, and organisational change delivery.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, translating emerging technologies into commercially relevant business outcomes and practical transformation strategies.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Collaborative and adaptable mindset, with experience balancing innovation, governance, risk management, compliance, and responsible AI adoption within enterprise environments.</p>

<p><strong>Bonus Points For</strong></p>
<ul>

<p>Experience leading AI commercialisation, AI product delivery, or enterprise AI adoption initiatives within wealth management, private banking, or asset management organisations.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Previous consulting or advisory experience within a professional services environment at Principal Consultant or equivalent level.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Familiarity with AI governance, model risk management, MLOps, responsible AI frameworks, or regulatory considerations relating to AI deployment.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Experience building senior client relationships, contributing to business development activities, or supporting proposition and capability development.</p>
</li>
