About the Role
You will shape how Agile Design is used in an innovation and product development environment where human centricity, experimentation and continuous improvement are central. In this role, you take the lead in refining the current Agile Design approach and turning new needs into practical improvements in process, collaboration and day-to-day ways of working.
You will work across a broad stakeholder landscape and play an important part in strengthening the Agile Design community. That means translating feedback from coaches into clear development initiatives, building capability across the organization, and helping teams get more value from methods such as field studies, prototype testing and usability studies. You will also support the organization in applying Agile Design in a way that works in complex and, at times, regulated settings.

Job DescriptionYou will lead the refinement of the Agile Design process and related ways of working based on proposed changes and evolving needs.
You will run continuous improvement sessions with Agile Design Coaches to gather input, identify new requirements and turn them into actionable proposals.
You will plan and drive competence development for Agile Design Coaches through training sessions, bootcamps, assessments and community forums.
You will mentor and support coaches in Agile Design activities and projects when needed.
You will own and follow up on agreed Agile Design KPIs and use insights to improve the approach over time.
You will help the organization leverage Agile Design more effectively, including field studies, prototype testing and usability studies.
You will coordinate incoming coaching needs, work with requestors and allocate the right coaching support from the Agile Design community.
RequirementsMinimum five years of relevant professional experience in the area of innovation and product or solution development.
University Degree MSc or similar.
Experience working with Design Thinking or any other Human Centered Design methodology.
Previous experience of a coaching roll as well as practicing Agile methodology.
You communicate clearly, build trust easily and bring an empathic and pragmatic way of working.
You are comfortable challenging the status quo and navigating ambiguity and complexity.
You know how to organize and structure work while collaborating with many stakeholders at the same time.
You enjoy connecting people, creating synergies and coaching others to grow.
You approach decisions and development work with a strong human-centered mindset and a clear focus on the problem being solved.
