At AXA Global Healthcare we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work the majority of your week away from home. Away from home means either attendance at one of our head office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
What we offer:
- Starting with a basic salary of €33,500, plus an average monthly commission of €500—and the potential to earn significantly more depending on individual performance

- Working Hours \& Shift Pattern: Full time, 37\.5hours per week, 9\-5 Monday to Friday
You will receive hands\- on training in modern sales techniques and tools. You will learn to understand customer needs and offer solutions to add real value. You will learn to use Sales Force to track and manage follow\- ups.

The onboarding training will be provided by our specialist trainers to set you up for success in your new role, this will include time in our Tunbridge Wells, UK site so you will need to be able to travel to the UK.
What you’ll be doing:
- Selling to warm, qualified leads, you’ll ensure customers’ needs are met to achieve your individual targets
- Selling International Private Medical Insurance to high\-net\-worth customers and expats globally
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as part of a team

About You/What we’re looking for:
- Fluency in English essential, fluency in French is desirable
- Customer facing/ service background essential
- Office experience is desirable
- Clear and professional communication, both written and verbal
- Able to convey ideas confidently and clearly through email and phone interactions
- You are coachable, goal\- orientated and motivated by results
- You can stay organized, meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
- Confident, curious and enjoy connecting with people
- Positive attitude and a willingness to step out of your comfort zone
- Strong attention to detail and IT literate
