Your Role

- Provide technical direction to the development team
- Own solution design and implementation decisions
- Ensure adherence to architecture and coding standards
- Build Core AI features
- Qualify, route and resolve defects
Required
------------
- 8\+ years of software development experience
- Strong expertise in Python, Mistral Doc Processing and validation,Accuracy computation
- Experience of building and deploying production\-grade GenAI solutions leveraging LLM APIs, AI SDKs, agent frameworks (LangGraph, ADK, Semantic Kernel, LangChain), and enterprise integrations.
- Experience of designing intelligent agent workflows with memory management, RAG, tool calling, prompt orchestration, and context engineering to deliver reliable and scalable AI applications.
- Experience of implementing Responsible AI and quality practices, including AI evaluations (Evals), guardrails, safety controls, observability and monitoring using platforms such as LangFuse, ensuring performance, governance, and compliance.
- Experience of accelerating development using AI\-native engineering tools such as Cursor, Codex, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and related coding assistants to improve developer productivity and solution quality.
- Expertise in developing, testing and optimizing multi\-agent systems with strong proficiency in Python, API integrations, cloud\-native architectures, and deployment of enterprise\-scale AI workloads.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred

- Knowledge of Vector databases and semantic search technologies.
- Knowledge of AWS/GCP cloud platforms
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Git, and DevOps practices.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain domain
