A fast-growing national media brand is looking for an ambitious Agency Account Director to help expand its presence across UK media agencies. This is a chance to join an award-winning, entrepreneurial team with a unique audience proposition and huge room for growth.
The Role
· Build and develop relationships with planners and buyers
· Respond to briefs and create compelling proposals
· Present media plans and campaign ideas
· Work with internal teams to deliver and report on campaigns
· Identify new opportunities within agency portfolios
· Drive outreach and secure regular client meetings
What You’ll Sell
A mix of radio airtime, branded content, sponsorships, competitions, events and integrated campaigns — all designed to reach a highly engaged, hard-to-access trade audience.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in media sales or agency account management
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, organised, commercially minded
- Radio experience is a bonus but not essential
- Competitive base salary + commission
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- Remote-first with monthly London meet-ups
- Permanent contract, 3-month probation
