Overview
We are seeking a professional and customer\-focused Aftersales Manager to lead our service and support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, driving sales through upselling opportunities, and maintaining high standards of service quality. Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the aftersales department, ensuring efficient operation and high levels of customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales through upselling additional products or services
- Provide expert advice on mechanical issues, troubleshooting, and maintenance options to customers
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain proper financial records
- Build strong relationships with clients by offering personalised support and follow\-up services
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and complaints
- Monitor service quality standards and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Train and mentor staff to uphold excellent customer service standards and technical knowledge
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the automotive, machinery, or related industry
- Strong mechanical knowledge to understand technical aspects of products and services
- Demonstrated ability in upselling and increasing revenue through effective sales techniques
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long\-term relationships
- Experience handling cash transactions with accuracy and integrity
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Previous experience in a fast\-paced environment where multitasking is essential
Pay: £30,000\.00\-£40,000\.00 per year
