Ihre Rolle in unserem Team:
- Develop, localize, and update training materials on CLAAS After Sales products, solutions, systems, and tools
- Promote After Sales offerings in trainings, emphasizing benefits and practical application
- Design and deliver in-person and digital trainings at CLAAS Central Academy and international locations
- Use analysis and benchmark data to drive continuous improvement and business growth
- Teach and enhance parts and aftermarket sales skills using real business cases
- Support sales partners in increasing parts, product sales, and value-based selling
- Travel internationally for onsite training, coaching, and direct support
- Manage training projects, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders for efficient execution
Ihr Profil:
- Knowledge in agriculture, technical sales, support, and marketing
- Experience as a corporate/business trainer or in After Sales/business development
- Expertise in parts and aftermarket sales, with ability to teach sales techniques
- Strong in content development, presentation, and digital training
- Solid project management skills, ideally internationally
- Proficient in German and English; French, Spanish, and Russian are a plus
- Experience promoting technical solutions and supporting sales growth
- High intercultural competence and experience with international teams
- Willingness to travel internationally (up to 30%)
- Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and consultative skills
