Reports to: Head of After Sales in Switzerland
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage and support the dealer/service partner network in Switzerland in your are of responsibility on all aftersales matters.
- Monitor and improve service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company aftersales standards, processes, and KPIs.
- Analyze market and dealer performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Support dealers in workshop capacity management, parts supply, warranty handling, and technical problem\-solving.
- Lead training initiatives and share best practices with service partners to enhance technical and customer care competence.
- Act as the main escalation point for customer and dealer issues, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
- Report market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and HQ Aftersales to align strategies and initiatives.
- At least 5 years of experience in Automotive After Sales experience in Switzerland.
- Academic Degree with specialization in engineering or similar business area.
- Strong knowledge of workshop processes, warranty, and parts operations.
- Excellent analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and French, German and Italian will be considered an asset.
- Ability to work independently and travel frequently within Switzerland.
- Hands\-on, result oriented, pressure tolerant, do more \& talk\-less attitude is indispensable.
