Aesthetics Practitioner

Location: The Health Suite, Leicester

The Health Suite is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Nurse or Practitioner to join our established clinic on a self\-employed or employed basis.

This role is ideal for a confident and skilled practitioner who is able to work independently and autonomously, while also being part of a wider multidisciplinary team (MDT) of dermatologists and GPs.

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver high\-quality aesthetic and advanced skin treatments with a strong focus on patient safety and outcomes


• Perform a wide range of skin and scalp treatments including:


• Medical\-grade facials


• HydraFacial treatments for face and scalp/hair


• Microneedling


• Chemical skin peels


• Mesotherapy


• Dermaplaning


• Conduct detailed skin and scalp consultations using diagnostic analysis devices


• Create bespoke treatment plans and recommend appropriate medical\-grade skincare products


• Demonstrate a genuine interest in learning about stocked skincare ranges and confidently recommending products


• Show a proactive interest in building, maintaining, and retaining a loyal client base


• Deliver an exceptional patient experience that encourages repeat bookings and long\-term relationships


• Work independently within your scope of practice, managing your own clinics and patient journey


• Collaborate professionally alongside dermatologists and GPs within the wider MDT


• Maintain excellent clinical standards, hygiene, and documentation


• Deliver hair restoration services as part of the clinic’s offering (full training will be provided)

Essential Experience

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in aesthetics


• Proven hands\-on experience delivering advanced skin treatments


• Strong knowledge of skin and scalp health, conditions, and treatment pathways


• Confident assessing concerns and managing clients autonomously in a clinical environment

Required Qualifications \& Training

• Registered Nurse (NMC) *or* qualified Aesthetic Practitioner with recognised medical aesthetics training


• Relevant Level 3–7 qualifications in Aesthetic / Advanced Skin Treatments (or equivalent), including:


• Microneedling


• Chemical peels


• Mesotherapy


• Dermaplaning


• HydraFacial certification (face and scalp) or willingness to undertake additional training


• Polynucleotide training (not essential)


• Competency in advanced skin and scalp consultation and analysis technology (or willingness to train)


• Up\-to\-date Basic Life Support (BLS)


• Current professional indemnity (for self employed practitioners)


• Evidence of ongoing CPD in aesthetics and skin health
