Aesthetic Sales Consultant

Duties

• Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their aesthetic needs and recommend suitable treatments or products


• Conduct consultations to explain procedures, benefits, and aftercare instructions in a clear and professional manner


• Develop customised treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded


• Manage sales processes efficiently, including negotiation and closing deals to achieve sales targets


• Maintain up\-to\-date knowledge of the latest aesthetic treatments, products, and industry trends


• Build and sustain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow\-up communications


• Organise appointments, manage client records accurately using IT systems, and ensure timely scheduling of treatments


• Drive business growth through B2B sales initiatives and networking within the industry


• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote services via social media platforms and other channels


• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the organisation's standards of hygiene and safety

Skills

• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close sales effectively


• Proven experience in B2B sales within the aesthetic or beauty industry is desirable


• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable manner


• Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written


• Proficiency in IT systems for managing appointments, client records, and sales data


• Effective time management and organisational skills to handle multiple clients efficiently


• Ability to drive confidently between locations as required for client meetings or promotional events


• Good understanding of IT tools such as CRM software, email platforms, and social media management tools


• Strong organisational skills to plan daily activities strategically
