Job Overview
We are looking for Advanced Nurse Practitioners to join our healthcare team in order to support a telephone triage service. The ideal candidate will provide high\-quality patient care, conduct thorough assessments, and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. This role requires a strong foundation in medical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to improving patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Experience in primary care/Urgent Care
- Master’s Degree in Advanced Clinical Practice (Prescribing Essential)
- NMC/HCPC/GphC registered
- Telephone triage (preferable)
- Be able to see all ages
