Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) – Home Visiting Team

A\&E Experience Required \| Clean Driving Licence Essential

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) with A\&E experience to join our established Home Visiting Team.

We are open to locum, fixed\-term or permanent applicants, with rates of pay and packages negotiable depending on experience, availability and working arrangements.

The Role

As an ANP within our Home Visiting Team, you will provide high\-quality clinical assessment, diagnosis and management to patients in their own homes.

The role will include:

• Undertaking home visits to patients who are unable to attend the practice.


• Assessing, diagnosing and managing a wide range of acute and complex presentations.


• Using your advanced clinical assessment and decision\-making skills to manage patients safely and effectively.


• Prescribing within your scope of practice.


• Working closely with GPs, ANPs and the wider multidisciplinary team.


• Recognising and escalating patients who require further assessment or urgent care.


• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical records.


• Supporting the delivery of safe, effective and patient\-centred care.

We are looking for an Advanced Nurse Practitioner who:

• Is an experienced ANP with A\&E experience.


• Has strong acute assessment and clinical decision\-making skills.


• Is an independent prescriber.


• Is confident managing patients autonomously in a community setting.


• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Can work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.


• Has a full, clean UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.


• Is committed to providing safe, compassionate and high\-quality patient care.
