Ready Health is a growing CQC\-registered private healthcare clinic based in Standish, Wigan, providing accessible, high\-quality healthcare services across general practice, diagnostics, occupational health, ADHD services, blood testing, women's health and specialist care.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join our multidisciplinary team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a modern private healthcare environment where clinicians are supported to deliver high\-quality patient\-centred care without the constraints often experienced within traditional primary care settings.
The Role
------------
The successful candidate will provide autonomous clinical care to patients presenting with a wide range of acute and chronic health conditions.
The role will include:
- Independent patient assessment, diagnosis and treatment
- Management of acute minor illness presentations
- Management of long\-term health conditions
- Prescribing medications where appropriate
- Requesting and interpreting diagnostic investigations
- Health promotion and preventative healthcare
- Adult health assessments and reviews
- Telephone and video consultations
- Face\-to\-face private GP style appointments
- Referral to secondary care and specialist services where required
- Supporting the ongoing development of private healthcare services

- Registered Nurse with current NMC registration
- Qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioner
- Independent Prescriber qualification
- Minimum 3 years' experience working autonomously as an ANP
- Experience assessing, diagnosing and treating patients independently
- Strong clinical decision\-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work confidently within scope of practice
- Professional indemnity cover
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain)

- Experience within private healthcare settings
- Occupational health experience
- Women's health experience
- Minor illness and minor injury experience
- Chronic disease management experience
- Experience with remote consultations
- Knowledge of private prescribing processes
