About Us
MAM Care Services Ltd is a specialist complex care provider supporting children and young people with highly complex healthcare needs in their own homes. We deliver safe, person\-centred care packages for children requiring clinical support including tracheostomy care, ventilation, PEG/PEJ feeding, seizure management, oxygen therapy and palliative care.
Due to continued growth and increasing referrals, we are seeking compassionate and dedicated Advanced Nurse Carers to join our team on a zero\-hours basis.
Pay Rates
- Day Shift: £17\.00 per hour
- Night Shift: £20\.95 per hour
- Weekend Shift: £23\.86 per hour
- Bank Holiday Shift: £26\.40 per hour
Working within a child's home environment, you will provide high\-quality care and support tailored to individual clinical and personal needs.
Duties may include:
- Tracheostomy care and suctioning
- Ventilation support
- PEG/PEJ feeding
- Medication administration
- Seizure monitoring and management
- Oxygen therapy
- Personal care and moving \& handling
- Clinical observations and record keeping
- Supporting emotional wellbeing and development
- Working alongside families and healthcare professionals
Essential:
- Minimum 12 months care experience
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently within the community
- Commitment to safeguarding and delivering outstanding care
- Experience supporting children with complex healthcare needs
- Tracheostomy experience
- Ventilation experience
- PEG/PEJ feeding experience
- Medication administration experience
- Paediatric care experience
