Responsibilities

• Utilise in\-depth knowledge of anatomy to inform clinical decision\-making and procedures.


• Educate patients about their health conditions, treatment options, and medication use.


• Collaborate closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.


• Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans in accordance with organisational policies.


• Support service development initiatives aimed at improving clinical pathways and patient experience.

• Proven experience in a clinical setting with a focus on patient care delivery.


• Demonstrated knowledge of human anatomy and physiology relevant to advanced practice roles.


• Experience in medication administration within a regulated healthcare environment.


• Prior involvement in multidisciplinary team working is desirable.


• Registration with the appropriate professional body (e.g., NMC or HCPC) is essential.
