Adults Social Worker - Community

Our client Bristol city council is looking for an Adults Social Worker to join their Community team.

Job Description

• Undertake Care Act Assessments, Reviews, S.42 Enquiries, Mental Capacity Assessments, Best Interest Decision, participate on duty rota , Court of Protection work and to facilitate forensic and community mental health hospital discharge where applicable.


• The role also include completing assessment and reviews of service users care needs who are placed and supported out of area placement.


• We are looking for social workers with considerable work experience in adult social care who are able to hit the ground running. Experience using LAS is preferrable.

• A personal one-one service from your highly experienced dedicated consultant.

• Double payrolls each week.

You will be required to fully register with Remedy for all locum positions.
