Adult Social Worker - North and West Community Team
<p><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Liquid Personnel is recruiting Adult Social Worker for its clients North and West Community Team at Bristol.</span></p>
<p><strong>What will your responsibilities be?</strong></p>

<div>The key outcomes of the role are primarily focused on completing statutory reviews within care home and community settings. The postholder will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, alongside social workers, occupational therapists, social care practitioners, and caseworkers. Ongoing support and supervision will be provided by Senior Practitioners and Team Managers. The role offers 50% hybrid working.</div>
<p><strong>Qualifications & Experience:</strong></p>
<p>To be successful in this role you must have, </p>
<ul>
<li>Professional Qualification: A recognised professional qualification in social work, such as an MA, BA, BSc in Social Work, Diploma in Social Work, or CQSW (Certificate of Qualification in Social Work).</li>
<li>Registration: Must be registered with Social Work England, the regulatory body for social workers in England.</li>
<li>Experience: 2+ years post qualified experience as an adult social worker in a statutory setting. </li>
<li>Knowledge of Legislation: Thorough understanding of relevant legislation, such as the Care Act 2014 and the Mental Capacity Act 2005.</li>
<li>Skills: Strong assessment and analysis skills, as well as the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.</li>
<li>Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence and access to a car are often required for client visits.</li>
