<p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Our client in Bristol is seeking an experienced Adult Social Worker to join their Community Team, working with individuals aged 18 to 65 years. This role involves completing reviews, assessments, and care planning under the Care Act 2014.</p>
<p><strong>What will your responsibilities be?</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In this role, you will enhance outcomes for adults with care and support needs and carers by undertaking effective strengths-based assessments, planning, and direct work. You will identify needs in accordance with the Care Act 2014, statutory guidance, policy, and procedures. Additionally, you will undertake safeguarding duties to protect adults from abuse or neglect and practice social work in a transparent, accountable, and safe manner, adhering to professional standards, ethics, and values.</p>

<p><strong>Essential requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>A recognised professional qualification in social work, such as an MA, BA, BSc in Social Work, Diploma in Social Work, or CQSW (Certificate of Qualification in Social Work).</li>
<li>Must be registered with Social Work England, the regulatory body for social workers in England.</li>
<li>Significant experience in delivering social work services to vulnerable adults, including those with disabilities and complex needs.</li>
<li>Thorough understanding of relevant legislation, such as the Care Act 2014 and the Mental Capacity Act 2005.</li>
<li>Strong assessment and analysis skills, as well as the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team</li>
<li>A full UK driving license and access to a car are often required for client visits.</li>
