Our Client, a Greater Manchester Council, is seeking an Adult's Social Worker to join their Mental Health Team.

Responsibilities of this role:
- Assess mental health needs and risks for adults.
- Develop and review care/support plans tailored to individual needs.
- Provide crisis intervention and manage safeguarding concerns.
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary support with health and community services.
- Advocate for clients’ rights and access to services.
- Connect individuals to housing, benefits, and community resources.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and confidentiality standards.
- Participate in supervision and ongoing professional development.
- Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
- Must have minimum of 3 year's post qualifying experience.
