<p data-start="365" data-end="526">We are currently seeking an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join an inpatient neuro rehabilitation service in Cambridgeshire for an immediate start.</p>
<p data-start="528" data-end="852">This is a private locum opportunity based within a well-established rehabilitation team, supporting adults with complex neurological conditions. The caseload is primarily made up of patients with stroke and acquired brain injury (ABI), offering a rewarding opportunity to contribute to intensive rehabilitation and recovery.</p>
<p data-start="854" data-end="1033">The role is available on a contract basis until the end of June, with flexibility around working patterns, including full-time or part-time hours (3–4 days per week or long days).</p>

<p data-start="1071" data-end="1096">In this role, you will:</p>
<ul data-start="1097" data-end="1637">
<li data-section-id="1j0e9se" data-start="1097" data-end="1200">Assess, diagnose, and manage adults with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.</li>
<li data-section-id="nnxpi7" data-start="1201" data-end="1303">Work with patients with neurological conditions, including stroke and acquired brain injury (ABI).</li>
<li data-section-id="82ssiz" data-start="1304" data-end="1400">Deliver evidence-based interventions as part of an inpatient neuro rehabilitation programme.</li>
<li data-section-id="7dkzn1" data-start="1401" data-end="1482">Manage dysphagia and provide appropriate recommendations for safe swallowing.</li>
<li data-section-id="xjfkn7" data-start="1483" data-end="1555">Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team.</li>
<li data-section-id="v0ukn0" data-start="1556" data-end="1637">Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with professional standards.</li>
</ul>

<p data-start="1684" data-end="1732">To be considered for this role, you must have:</p>
<ul data-start="1733" data-end="2034">
<li data-section-id="184ilb" data-start="1733" data-end="1804">A recognised degree in Speech and Language Therapy (or equivalent).</li>
<li data-section-id="1mb5d2n" data-start="1805" data-end="1827">HCPC registration.</li>
<li data-section-id="qpaac8" data-start="1828" data-end="1900">Proven experience working with adult neuro rehabilitation caseloads.</li>
<li data-section-id="1pa9ua7" data-start="1901" data-end="1926">Dysphagia competency.</li>
<li data-section-id="131tgrr" data-start="1927" data-end="1976">Strong multidisciplinary team working skills.</li>
<li data-section-id="1o8qx4i" data-start="1977" data-end="2034">Excellent communication and organisational abilities.</li>
