The Role
As an Administrator, you'll provide essential support to the wider business, helping ensure operations run smoothly while delivering a first-class experience for clients and colleagues alike.
You'll be joining a professional and collaborative environment where attention to detail, organisation, and reliability are highly valued.
This role is office-based and offers a consistent working pattern of Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the first point of contact for incoming telephone enquiries
- Managing incoming and outgoing post
- Processing payments accurately and preparing supporting documentation for authorisation
- Maintaining electronic records and updating internal systems
- Creating new entities on company databases and systems
- Conducting client identification verification checks and communicating outcomes internally
- Supporting compliance processes and completing mandatory training requirements
- Providing general administrative support to various teams across the business
- Ensuring records and documentation are maintained accurately and efficiently
We're looking for someone who is:
Experienced in an administrative or office support role
Organised and highly detail-oriented
Professional and confident when communicating with clients and colleagues
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities
Proactive, dependable, and able to use their own initiative
Skilled in written and verbal communication
