Job Purpose
Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Audit Administration Supervisor and the Internal Audit function. This role supports all trading entities within the business and plays a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of audit and compliance activities.

- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel to a good standard
- Monday to Friday, 08:45 – 17:00
- One-hour lunch break
- This is a 100% office-based role
- Dealing with queries from Profit Centres across the business
- Collating Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable data for the Audit team
- Managing the distribution of supplies and documentation for Profit Centre stocktakes
- Submitting report requests
- Managing the in-house Health & Safety training programme
- Maintaining and managing the online training suite
- Assisting with the creation and updating of company forms, documents, policies and procedures
- Collating Audit team additional hours and timesheet data
- Ongoing maintenance of records and spreadsheets
- Preparing and distributing statistics to senior management and other teams
- Assisting with environmental reporting requirements (EPR, ESOS, ISO)
- Liaising with external suppliers to arrange printed stationery and office supplies
- Assisting with the management of document signing software, Health & Safety systems and document portals
- Supporting project work as required
- Carrying out other duties in line with business requirements
- Starting salary: £26,000 per annum
