Part-Time Administrator
Location: Staple Hill, Bristol (Hybrid available)
Salary: Up to £20,000 (Pro Rata)
Hours: 20 hours per week (ideally across 5 days)

The Role
We are seeking an organised and proactive Administrator to provide high-level office support to the Directors, Office Manager, and wider team. This is a varied and hands-on role that plays a key part in keeping the office running efficiently. This position offers hybrid working and would suit someone who thrives in a dynamic, professional environment and enjoys a broad range of responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a well-organised and efficient office environment, including monitoring emails during staff absence
- Coordinate office supplies and liaise with external providers
- Format reports and documents to a high standard, including scanning, printing, and binding
- Maintain and update the digital filing system (SharePoint)
- Update weekly consultations for clients and set up new jobs on the timesheet system
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and customer enquiries professionally
- Support diary management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and social events
- Ensure all internal and external communication is of the highest standard
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, clients, and suppliers
- Assist with ad hoc administrative projects and tasks
- Participate in the appraisal process, with training needs identified in bi-annual reviews
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional, reliable, and discreet
- Positive attitude and team-focused approach
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Flexible and adaptable to changing demands
- 25 days annual leave rising to 27 days (pro rata), plus all bank holidays
