Pertemps are currently looking for a temporary administrator to join an established business in Andover with an immediate start and likely to be running for a month.

Responsibilities as an Administrator:

  • Logging new calls

  • Updating figures of daily call review processes

  • Assisting with arranging parts for customers

  • Scheduling maintenance visits for engineers

  • Administrative duties for workshop repairs

  • Updating customers

Requirements


  • Available immediately

  • Excellent customer service and administrative experience

  • Self sufficient and able to hit the ground running

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The Administrator Role:
  • Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5pm or 9am – 5.30pm

  • £13.55 per hour

  • Temporary role
