Your new role

My client is seeking temporary support to provide cover during a period of annual leave. The role involves receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and packages in an accurate and timely manner.
Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing and dispatching outgoing mail, including recorded, special delivery, and international post


• Operating franking machines and ensuring correct postage is applied


• Maintaining records of incoming and outgoing shipments where required


• Providing courier and general logistics support

• Previous experience in a mail room, logistics, or similar operational role is desirable


• Experience using franking machines or courier booking systems is advantageous


• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail


• Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively


• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment


• Basic IT skills, including email, tracking systems, and spreadsheets


• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Experience working within a reputable organisation
Parking on-site
