Administrator
We are seeking a self\-motivated, organised and forward\-thinking Band 3 Administrator to join our service on a part\-time basis, providing administrative support to GP services. The postholder will play an important role in supporting people who use our service by delivering high\-quality administrative assistance to the visiting GP team, as well as working collaboratively with the wider administration, business and clinical teams.
The role will include supporting day\-to\-day administrative processes, maintaining accurate records, responding to service needs and assisting with wider team priorities to ensure the smooth and effective running of the service. The postholder will be expected to work flexibly and proactively, supporting colleagues across the service during periods of increased demand and contributing to the delivery of an efficient, responsive and patient\-focused administrative function
The successful candidate will be required to work Tuesdays and Thursdays to provide dedicated administrative support to the visiting GP service. The remaining two days will be agreed with the postholder, taking into consideration service requirements and operational need.
A vital part of this role is providing flexible emergency cover for our Reception team. This includes being available for early starts and late finishes, weekends and Bank Holidays during staff absences.
