Preci\-Spark is seeking a confident, personable and highly organised Recruitment Administrator \& HR Researcher to join our busy and experienced team. As a Recruitment Administrator \& HR Researcher, you will play an important role in supporting our recruitment activities by identifying and researching potential candidates, speaking with candidates by telephone, coordinating the recruitment process, and providing HR administration and compliance support.

The successful candidate will be a natural communicator with excellent people skills and a professional, confident telephone manner. You will enjoy speaking to people, building relationships and finding the right candidates for our business, while also being organised and comfortable managing the administrative and compliance aspects of the role.

Requirements
  • Excellent people skills and a confident, professional telephone manner

  • Friendly, approachable and confident when communicating with candidates, colleagues and managers

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Previous experience in recruitment, candidate sourcing, sales, customer service, administration or a similar people\-focused role advantageous

  • A genuine interest in recruitment, candidate sourcing and research

  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail

  • Confident speaking to candidates and building rapport over the telephone

  • Ability to ask relevant questions, listen effectively and assess information professionally

  • Comfortable using the telephone as an important part of the working day

  • Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications

  • Confident using online platforms, job boards, search engines and social media for candidate research

  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies, candidates and priorities effectively

  • Professional and persistent approach when sourcing and engaging potential candidates

  • Ability to handle confidential candidate and employee information appropriately

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

  • Proactive approach with the ability to use initiative

  • An interest in HR processes, employment legislation and compliance desirable

  • Relevant qualification in Human Resources, Recruitment, Business Administration or a related discipline desirable but not essential
Upon a successful interview, Preci\-Spark's application process requires a basic criminal record check to be completed.

The Role

  • Support the end\-to\-end recruitment process across a range of vacancies

  • Speak with candidates by telephone to introduce opportunities, establish interest and build rapport

  • Develop positive relationships with candidates and provide a professional candidate experience

  • Research and identify potential candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, online databases and other relevant sources

  • Conduct targeted candidate searches based on job requirements and agreed candidate profiles

  • Review CVs and applications to identify suitable candidates

  • Conduct initial candidate screening and gather relevant information

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future vacancies

  • Contact potential candidates and introduce relevant opportunities

  • Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process

  • Prepare candidate profiles, shortlists and recruitment reports

  • Assist with the preparation and placement of job advertisements

  • Research recruitment markets, salary information, competitor activity and talent availability

  • Identify new and effective sources for attracting and sourcing candidates

  • Monitor recruitment activity and provide regular updates on vacancies and candidate pipelines

  • Support the onboarding process for successful candidates

  • Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date candidate records and recruitment databases

  • Maintain accurate employee and HR records and documentation

  • Assist with the preparation of HR letters, contracts and other employee documentation

  • Support the administration of holiday, absence, training and other employee records

  • Assist with pre\-employment checks, right\-to\-work checks and other recruitment compliance requirements

  • Support the maintenance of HR policies, procedures and compliance records

  • Assist with monitoring mandatory training, certifications and employee documentation

  • Assist with research into employment legislation, HR best practice and relevant regulatory requirements

  • Ensure confidential candidate and employee information is handled appropriately and in accordance with company procedures and relevant legislation

  • Assist with recruitment and HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and candidate profiles

  • Comply with company Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality procedures
