Website Administrator – Findabis Overview
Findabis is seeking a reliable and organised Website Administrator to support the day\-to\-day management of our medical business platform. This role involves maintaining website content, uploading stock and product information, and assisting with the creation and publishing of blogs and articles.
We are looking for someone with strong attention to detail, good organisational skills, and confidence using online systems and digital tools. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing medical company in a professional and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Upload and manage stock, product listings, and website content
- Assist with publishing blogs, articles, and medical\-related content
- Maintain accurate records and ensure website information is kept up to date
- Perform data entry and general administrative tasks
- Support the team with day\-to\-day website and content management
- Organise digital files, images, and documentation efficiently
- Monitor website content for accuracy, consistency, and quality
- Provide general administrative support as required
- Previous administrative or website management experience preferred
- Strong organisational and time\-management skills
- Good written English and attention to detail
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Basic understanding of website content management systems is beneficial
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Confident with data entry and digital file management
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
