Administrator - Immediate Start
Location: Southampton
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday 08:30 - 16:30
Salary: £13.50 per hour
Duration: Temporary assignment for 1 month initially

Dynamite Recruitment is partnering with a well-established business in Southampton that is currently seeking a detail-oriented Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis for 1 month initially (although could extend )

About the Role
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy and efficiency. You will be responsible for supporting the business through high-quality administrative work, ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard and within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Updating the database with accurate information


• Compiling site survey reports and audits using the CRM system


• Supporting with building plans and drawings using Microsoft Word - Color coding


• Completing quality checks on data


• Updating online databases with legal information


• Completing general administrative duties with precision and attention to detail

Skills & Experience

• Strong administration skills with excellent attention to detail


• Competent in Microsoft Office, with the ability to quickly learn new systems


• Well-organised, adaptable, and able to multitask efficiently


• Available to start immediately
