We’re looking for an Administrator \- Business Support to reinforce the team in our office in Italy.

Key Responsibilities
------------------------

• Welcoming and receiving guests.


• Managing the switchboard.


• Managing incoming and outgoing mail.


• Managing courier shipments.


• Controlling, storing, and purchasing office and healthcare materials.


• Managing business card orders.


• Sorting complaints and reports to the appropriate teams.


• Managing asset assignments for new hires.


• Managing hotel and taxi bookings.


• Providing general administrative support upon request.


• Supporting business missions and travel\-related activities.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken (B2/C1 level).


• Good communication skills.


• Ability to work effectively under pressure.


• Proactive and solution\-oriented attitude.


• Strong problem\-solving skills.


• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
