TEMPORARY ADMINISTRATOR - LONGTOWN
Great temporary opportunity to join a busy Operations team!
Location: Longtown - own transport essential
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm
Duration: 2-3 months initially
Pay: £12.71 per hour
We're looking for a Temporary Administrator to provide valuable support to the Operations team during a period of transition.
The role will involve helping with day-to-day administration, maintaining accurate records, communicating with customers and supporting the smooth running of transport operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately record and update jobs within company systems
- Ensure documentation is complete, including PODs (Proof of Delivery), Consignment Notes and other relevant paperwork
- Book deliveries and collections as required
- Enter and maintain accurate information in internal systems
- Work collaboratively with other departments
- Liaise with customers where appropriate and maintain detailed records of communications
- Update departmental KPI information
- Provide general administrative and office support, including scanning, filing, document management and data entry

Good communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Previous administration experience would be beneficial
