Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Administrative Operations Manager to oversee administrative functions and ensure smooth day\-to\-day business operations. This role is responsible for improving processes, managing administrative staff, coordinating cross\-functional activities, and supporting organizational efficiency and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily administrative and operational activities across the organization.
- Develop, implement, and improve administrative policies, procedures, and workflows.
- Manage and support administrative staff, ensuring productivity and performance standards are met.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, reports, and internal communications.
- Monitor operational processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and company databases.
- Assist with budget tracking, expense management, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with department leaders to support business objectives and operational needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Handle administrative projects and oversee their successful completion.
- Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations to leadership.
- Proven experience in administrative management, operations management, or a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong problem\-solving and decision\-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Experience managing remote teams and virtual operations.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, workflow automation tools, and operational reporting platforms.
