Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Administrative Operations Manager to oversee administrative functions and ensure smooth day\-to\-day business operations. This role is responsible for improving processes, managing administrative staff, coordinating cross\-functional activities, and supporting organizational efficiency and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily administrative and operational activities across the organization.

  • Develop, implement, and improve administrative policies, procedures, and workflows.

  • Manage and support administrative staff, ensuring productivity and performance standards are met.

  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, reports, and internal communications.

  • Monitor operational processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.

  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and company databases.

  • Assist with budget tracking, expense management, and resource allocation.

  • Collaborate with department leaders to support business objectives and operational needs.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

  • Handle administrative projects and oversee their successful completion.

  • Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations to leadership.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in administrative management, operations management, or a similar leadership role.

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Strong problem\-solving and decision\-making skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment.

  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

  • Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

  • Experience managing remote teams and virtual operations.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, workflow automation tools, and operational reporting platforms.
