You anticipate the needs of your managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. You move quickly with the changing environment and are up to date with the latest Google products and services. You also use that knowledge to strategically support your team's projects. In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions.

Responsibilities
--------------------

  • Partner with the Vice\-President Country Manager of Google France and LCS France as their Executive / Administrative Business Partner (E/ABP) working in close collaboration with its closest supporting teams to provide comprehensive administrative support, such as managing calendars, booking travel, and coordinating resources; in a timely manner and with careful attention to detail.

  • Act as a trusted partner and proxy for the Country Manager, attending key meetings, participating in projects, and making decisions on their behalf as needed.

  • Serve as a leadership resource for the site, helping to coordinate social events, and community engagements in partnership with other teams.

  • Plan, manage, and execute team and site\-level offsites, events, and activities, from pre\-planning through to budget management and execution.

  • Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations and help define new operational strategies for the site.
