Salary: Market Rate

Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00

Your role:

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our Manufacturing team at our Barton Recovery site.

As an Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for all office\-based activities at site. These include:

Managing the order processing system from both email and telephone to ensure all customer orders are delivered in full and on time.

Assisting the Site Manager to ensure all sales and procurement paperwork is produced and completed correctly.

Accurately input data and liaise with customers and vendors whilst driving first class customer service.

Liaising with Customers and the Site Manager to resolve any issues in the event of a customer complaint.

About you:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Full working knowledge of Microsoft office programmes.

Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

Experience within a busy, face paced office environment.

Willingness to undertake relevant training to fulfil the role.
