We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and assist with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a professional environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Schedule meetings and maintain calendars
- Prepare and organize documents and reports
- Support office operations and administrative activities
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic computer and office software knowledge
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Previous administrative experience is a plus
