Your role as an administrative assistant

As an administrative assistant on our immobiles department You are an important link between our customers, internal teams, and planning. You ensure that requests are processed correctly, customers are well\-assisted, and everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

What will you do?
---------------------

  • You are it First point of contact for customers via e\-mail and phone and ensures a professional and friendly follow\-up.

  • You treat Enquiries and complaints in primary care The team leader is involved when extra support is needed.
