Administrative Assistant
Job Summary :
Join our amazing HR team in Leuven (Hassrode/Heverlee) as an office\-based Administrative assistant ! If you are looking for a meaningful job in an international company with a dynamic work environment, this might be the role for you.
You will work daily with an HR assistant, a HRBP and two Talent Acquisition Specialists. But you will also collaborate with various functions across European countries, U.K and U.S.
Responsibilities :
- General administrative support of the European HR function including interview scheduling, general recruitment assistance and document management;
- Manage monthly and quarterly reporting requirements for global and regional HR requirements;
- Collaborate with multiple internal departments on HR related needs;
- Assist with on / off boarding matters;
- Perform special projects assigned;
- Handle sensitive and/or confidential employee information; and
- Any other ad\-hoc duties assigned.
- Minimum high school degree
- 2 years of experience in a professional office setting is prefered;
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel;
- Attention to detail; and
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
