Introduction Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to support general administrative tasks within production and order processing in Bridgwater.
This is a minimum two-month contract with the opportunity to secure a permanent position for the right candidate. Immediate starts are available.
Working Hours • Monday to Thursday, 8am - 4.30pm.
- Friday, 8am - 1pm.
- 37 hours per week.
- Enter sales orders onto the internal system accurately.
- Run and maintain the in-house daily order system.
- Collate orders and assemble document packs for production cells.
- Support other areas of the business when required.
- Progress into additional responsibilities as experience develops.
- Experience in planning is desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Good team-working skills and a flexible approach.
- Ongoing long term contract with potential for permanent employment.
- Early finish on Fridays.
- Immediate start available.
