We are currently seeking a highly\-motivated Administration Support I to join our team in the Administration Department, Enable Ireland Cork Services, Lavanagh Centre, Curraheen, Cork.

Contract Type: Temporary Specified purpose (covering maternity leave)

Contract Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week

Salary Scale: 28,377 to 45,992 pro rata per annum. Salary scales are subject to LSIs (Long Service Increments)

This pay scale is subject to increases in 2026 in accordance with the recent WRC agreement towards enhanced pay adjustments in Section 39 organisations.

Annual Leave Entitlement: 30 days

To provide a wide range of administration supports across the functions of HR, Reception, IT and general administration

The successful candidate will have

*Essential Criteria:*

  • Leaving certificate or equivalent standard of education

  • Minimum of 1 years experience of working in an administrative role

  • Excellent computer skills especially in Microsoft Excel and Outlook, and proved ability to adapt to changing computer technology

  • Fluent in both spoken and written English

  • Experience of working at reception

  • Must be eligible to work in the State
*Desirable Criteria:*
  • Qualification in administration / business /HR

  • Experience of working in a health care setting

  • Experience of working in HR

  • Full clean drivers licence and access to own transport
