An exciting Opportunity has arisen for dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join Forensic Administration Service at The Humber Centre as a Administration Officer.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with previous clerical experience who can communicate at all levels, work flexibility and is able to organise and prioritise their workload as well as manage a team.
Good communication skills are essential and we are looking for an individual with a passion to work in a team delivering key interventions to working aged adults.
This role will support admin across the Forensic Division. Working Hours between 08:30 \- 17:00 Monday to Friday.
Responsibility for a day\-to\-day range of staff management matters, which will include line management of the staff within the inpatient admin team budget.
These include responsibility for supporting \& completing regular supervision and appraisal meetings to encourage the development of staff, team recruitment and where necessary employee relations matters.
Responsibility for issues relating to recruitment and selection, and induction of all new staff for inpatient admin team budget, ensuring that the Trust recruitment and selection policy is adhered to
Coordinating administrative tasks alongside the Admin Team Lead, ensuring that the administrative services function on a day\-to\-day basis, supporting the needs of the senior administrator assistants, finance officer, shop supervisor, \& ward clerks. Whilst providing support to these roles when necessary, during times of staff leave or increased workload.
Establishing and operating effective administrative, secretarial and filing systems, IT systems and procedures related to the work of the office.
Providing assistance with diary management for the service managers, \& clinical leads.
Providing secretarial support to forensic divisional meetings, and any others as required.
