Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail\-oriented individual to join our team as an Administration and Sales Assistant. This role involves supporting sales activities, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal departments. The successful candidate will utilise a range of computer skills and organisational abilities to contribute to the efficiency and growth of our business operations.
Duties
- Assist with sales administration, including processing orders and maintaining customer records using CRM software.
- Prepare and update reports using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint to support sales strategies.
- Manage correspondence via Microsoft Outlook and handle customer enquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Support the sales team by scheduling appointments, follow\-ups, and maintaining client contact lists.
- Utilise Xero accounting software for invoicing, billing, and financial record keeping.
- Draft quotations and complete customer pricing
- Maintain organised filing systems for administrative documents both digitally and physically.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and effectively.
- Complete the delivery documents for daily courier collections
- Proven experience in sales administration or administrative roles, ideally within a similar industry.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with CRM software and Xero is highly desirable.
- Good IT literacy with the ability to adapt to new programmes quickly.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong time management skills with an emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Customer service experience with a professional approach to client interactions. Pay: £12\.84\-£14\.50 per hour
