About Us

Herts \& Essex Supplies is an independent UK distributor of aesthetic and medical products, including dermal fillers, skin boosters, fat\-dissolving treatments, exosomes and clinical consumables. We have been trading for over six years and supply qualified practitioners and registered aesthetic clinics across the UK, with same\-day dispatch and a reputation for reliable, personal service. We are a small, hands\-on team based in Welham Green, Hertfordshire, and we are growing, so we are looking for someone who wants to grow with us.

The Role

This is a varied, full\-time, office\-based role at the heart of the business. You will be the person keeping the day\-to\-day running smoothly, looking after our customers, and getting our brand in front of the practitioners who need us. No two days will be the same.

Admin \& Customer Service

\- Processing orders and keeping them moving from order to dispatch

\- Answering customer enquiries by phone, email and WhatsApp

\- Keeping customer records, invoices and product paperwork up to date

\- Liaising with suppliers and couriers

\- General office administration

Sales

\- Following up new enquiries and converting them into customers

\- Building relationships with existing clinics and practitioners and encouraging repeat orders

\- Keeping customers informed of new products, offers and promotions

\- Helping to hit monthly sales targets

Social Media \& Marketing

\- Planning and posting content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn

\- Creating simple graphics and short videos (Canva or similar)

\- Writing email campaigns and promotional messages to our customer base

\- Keeping an eye on what is working and suggesting ideas to improve it

What We Are Looking For

\- Experience in an admin, customer service or sales role (experience in aesthetics, beauty, medical or pharmaceutical supply is a big plus but not essential)

\- Confident on the phone and comfortable talking to customers

\- Good written English and an eye for detail

\- Experience running social media accounts for a business, or a genuine interest in it and the creativity to make it work

\- Organised, self\-motivated and able to juggle several things at once

\- Comfortable with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; experience with Shopify, Canva or Klaviyo is a bonus

\- A positive, can\-do attitude. We are a small team and we all muck in
