Admin Assistant - Foetal Anomaly Screening
The post holder will provide the Clerical and Admin support to the Clinical Chemistry professional team and perform a comprehensive range of clerical \& administrative duties that supports the Foetal Anomaly Service (FAS) in the provision of a high\-quality service. You will work closely with the Director and Clinical Lead of the service supporting the needs of the service.
The position will be based at Clinical Chemistry Department at Birmingham Women’s Hospital. You will work closely with the Director and Clinical Lead of the service supporting the needs of the service
Data entry for all FAS samples
Preparation of samples for analysis
Chasing results from specialist laboratories.
Email enquires
Support FAS management with financial enquiries
Management of spreadsheets
Taking minutes of meetings
Organisation of Meetings
Sending Letters
Support to the FAS Authorising
