Working closely with managers and partners, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality financial reporting and supporting junior team members while continuing to develop your own technical expertise.
What you'll be doing • Preparing statutory accounts for a varied portfolio of clients under UK GAAP
- Producing consolidated financial statements and ensuring compliance with reporting standards
- Supporting clients with management accounts and outsourced finance reporting
- Building strong working relationships with clients and acting as a trusted day-to-day contact
- Assisting with ad-hoc audit assignments and collaborating with wider teams where required
- Reviewing work completed by junior staff and providing ongoing guidance and support
- Contributing to an advisory-led approach, identifying opportunities to add value to clients
- Supporting senior leadership with business development activities and client growth initiatives
- Strong background preparing statutory accounts within the Accountancy industry
- Experience with management accounts, outsourcing, or client reporting services
- Good working knowledge of UK GAAP and exposure to consolidated accounts
- IFRS knowledge would be advantageous
- Confident communicator with strong organisational and client relationship skills
- Comfortable managing workloads independently while working collaboratively within a team
- Experience using Excel and Word regularly, with Caseware knowledge beneficial
